Wife and I purchased 4 pieces of Sauder furniture last year when we bought our house and were quite pleased. Seeking more storage for movies and video games, as well as something to better hide the mass of cables behind our tv, we purchased this piece of furniture along with two of the matching audio media towers. Had them almost a week now
This collection looks very rich, the molding and plinths are an added touch that really make the furniture stand out. The finish is a dark cherry. I was worried the shelves wouldn't be wide enough for my A/V receiver but its a perfect fit. I'm a tech junkie and this thing makes our setup look so polished. The instructions and stickers state that the max weight for a tv on the top is 95 pounds but I'm thinking to upgrade and I'm hoping it can eke out 103, I might reinforce it. This makes 7 pieces of Sauder furniture we've purchased and all have been flawless out of the box. It is pretty easy to scratch them if theres anything on the floor, I've done that but a stain pen will normally fix you right up.
As always, anywhere I could I used my cordless drill driver on the lowest setting. Bah, screwdriver. Assembly was straightforward. Line it up and it comes out lookin like the amish built it. Only the small adjustable shelf holes really scream engineered wood. That's a small complaint. For the price I think it's an unbeatable value. We're going to buy oil rubbed bronze knobs to match our curtain rods. We are very satisfied with this purchase.

It was going to be hard to give this product five stars when I opened the box and saw piles of wood and bags full of little screws and such. I knew I was in for a long morning. However 2 1/2 hours later WITH help it was complete and I absolutely love it. For the price I paid this is bigger and better than the picture leads to believe and am very happy.

I was concerned about purchasing this center without ever actually seeing it in person. I have had it up in my living room for weeks now, and it is everything I hoped it would be. The finish is sophisticated, the color is classy. I do not at all feel like I bargain-shopped, which I really did do. I would absolutely recommend this product for the money.
